Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026 · Governing law: New Zealand

1. System framework

These Terms of Service regulate access parameters for the Conflict IQ informational portal and downstream software engine. By accessing these interfaces, you accept these core provisions. Live enterprise deployment and transactional parameters are further governed by individual Master Services Agreements signed natively by your partner organisation.

2. Permitted execution parameters

You covenant to interact with Conflict IQ solely to optimize legitimate public-sector risk mitigation, institutional alignment, and integrity-assurance metrics. You are strictly restricted from trying to bypass structural multi-tenant safeguards, access node configurations outside your defined organizational clearance, or disrupt foundational code logs.

3. Authentication & authorization

System credentials and specific clearance pathways are provisioned directly by your purchasing agency. You assume total responsibility for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of active login assets and for any verification actions completed under your verified profile session.

4. Enterprise system availability

Production uptimes, specialized engineering support responses, and scheduled systems maintenance operations are explicitly detailed inside your purchasing agency’s customized Service Level Agreement (SLA).

5. Proprietary architecture rights

The platform design, interface mechanisms, parsing engines, documentation layouts, and branding assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Conflict IQ. Partner agencies retain absolute, uncompromised structural ownership over all organizational registry maps, metadata records, and user disclosure assets uploaded into the environment.

6. System limitations & liabilities

Conflict IQ acts as an advanced data-analytics intelligence and risk validation instrument; it is engineered to guide internal assurance workflows but never replaces independent legal counsel or professional statutory auditing processes. True liability structures are systematically capped under the framework outlines explicitly contained inside your agency’s master service contract.

7. Service closure & decommissioning

System availability frameworks may be formally decommissioned by either party in accordance with rules set down in the active master agreement. Upon standard service termination, metadata stores and disclosure indexes are automatically securely purged or packaged into structural data exports per pre-arranged criteria.

8. Jurisdictional authority

These terms are governed exclusively by the sovereign laws of New Zealand. Both parties irrevocably submit all systemic issues or contractual disagreements to the sole legal jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
